基于MATLAB對(duì)AC/DC/AC電源的死區(qū)效應(yīng)的諧波分析及仿真
蔣國(guó)棟,韋忠朝,鐘運(yùn)平 (華中科技大學(xué),湖北 武漢 430074) 摘要:對(duì)AC/DC/AC電源所固有和死區(qū)效應(yīng)帶來(lái)的諧波進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)上的分析,得出了在固有諧波基礎(chǔ)上死區(qū)時(shí)間對(duì)于此類型電源所產(chǎn)生的電壓波形的影響。并利用MATLAB軟件對(duì)于此類型電源建立了仿真模型,特別是利用已知模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了死區(qū)時(shí)間的仿真模型。對(duì)于產(chǎn)生的諧波進(jìn)行了FFT分解,重點(diǎn)分析了死區(qū)效應(yīng)使電源電壓波形所產(chǎn)生的諧波分量。 關(guān)鍵詞:死區(qū); 諧波; MATLAB軟件 中圖分類號(hào):文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼: Harmonics’ analysis and Simulation of AC/DC/AC Power Supply’s Dead-Time Effect Based on MATLAB JIANG Guo-dong, WEI Zhong-zhao,ZHONG Yun-ping (Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan 430074,China) Abstract:The inherent harmonics which are induced by dead-time effect in AC/DC/AC power supply are discussed by mathematical analysis in this paper, and the dead-time negative effect on voltage waveform can be also showed. Moreover, a new simulative model of this power supply using MATLAB is presented, especially a subsystem of simulating dead-time effect is created using known blocks. The obtained harmonics are analyzed by FFT and the hefts of harmonics brought on by dead-time effect of voltage waveform are played emphases on.
